Read the mail-in paragraph from the official rules
From the official rules
“Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter the Sweepstakes without becoming a Member (or to obtain the maximum number of entries allowed for this Sweepstakes in combination with Membership), Entrants may enter by mail as follows: On a 3” x 5” index card legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address. Mail your completed 3” x 5” index card in a #10 business size envelope to: “Q3 Polish & Slavic FCU 50 th Anniversary Sweepstakes”, PO Box 427, Newark, NY 14513. Mail entries must be received by October 7, 2026 to be considered eligible for the Sweepstakes. Each envelope is considered two (2) entries into the Sweepstakes. The maximum number of envelopes that may be submitted is twenty-five (25).”

From the fine print

What the rules say

8 notes

Disqualifiers1

Any one of these can void an entry or a win.

  • Putting more than one entry/card in the same envelope makes that envelope's entries ineligible -- one card per envelope only.

Show the rules' wording· HOW TO ENTER / AMOE

“Multiple entries submitted by a single Entrant in the same envelope or exceeding the entry limit above will not be considered eligible.”

Advantages3

Things in the rules that work in your favor.

  • Typed entries are explicitly allowed on the index card, not just handwriting -- unusual among mail-in sweepstakes, which usually require handprinting.

Show the rules' wording· HOW TO ENTER / AMOE

“On a 3” x 5” index card legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth and email address.”

  • The mail-only AMOE route can reach the full 50-entry-per-person cap on its own (25 envelopes x 2 entries = 50), the same overall cap that applies in combination with membership -- a non-member mailing entrant loses no ground versus a long-time PSFCU member.

Show the rules' wording· HOW TO ENTER

“In the event an Entrant enters the Sweepstakes via a combination of Membership and the AMOE, the maximum number of entries he/she will be allowed is fifty (50), even if the total number of entries submitted exceeds fifty (50).”

  • No purchase or PSFCU banking relationship of any kind is required to enter or win.

Show the rules' wording· Official Rules header

“NO PURCHASE OR BANKING RELATIONSHIP NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR BANKING RELATIONSHIP OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.”

Costs1

  • Grand Prize winner must personally retrieve the vehicle within 30 days of delivery notification (delivered to a site within 75 miles of the winner, at Sponsor's cost) or forfeit it.

    Show the rules' wording· PRIZE

“The Grand Prize Winner must personally retrieve the Grand Prize within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery and must present adequate personal identification and evidence of legally required insurance (if applicable in his/her state of residence), or the Grand Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind”

Oddities3

  • Unlike the Q1 and Q2 rules (which say entries must be 'postmarked by' the period end date AND received by a later date), the Q3 AMOE clause states only a received-by date (Oct 7, 2026) with no explicit postmark-by deadline. Mail well before Sep 30 (the Sweepstakes Period end) to be safe.

Show the rules' wording· HOW TO ENTER / AMOE

“Mail entries must be received by October 7, 2026 to be considered eligible for the Sweepstakes.”

  • The AMOE dispute-resolution clause references entries 'submitted via email,' but the HOW TO ENTER section never actually describes an email entry method -- only membership and postal mail are offered. Likely leftover boilerplate; do not rely on emailing an entry.

Show the rules' wording· HOW TO ENTER

“the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) of the PSFCU account (or, if submitted via email) the e-mail address connected with the email account listed on the AMOE entry.”

  • The entry mailing address (PO Box 427) is different from the winners'-list-request address (PO Box 458) -- both in Newark, NY 14513. Do not send an entry to the wrong box.

Show the rules' wording· WINNER’S LIST REQUEST

“please submit a self-addressed, stamped envelope by November 30, 2026 to “Q3 Polish & Slavic FCU 50 th Anniversary Sweepstakes ” , PO Box 458, Newark, NY, 14513.”
