• A mail-in postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period is worth 50 x the multiplier (the rules' own example: 5X = 250 entries). The sponsor's page says the current rate is 20 entries per $1, so a card postmarked in the current window would be worth about 50 x 20 = 1,000 entries, if the 20 on the page is the multiplier the rules mean.
