Read the mail-in paragraph from the official rules
“2). Mail-in: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address: Mail the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: Tuner Cult Giveaway PO Box 209 Macedon, NY 14502-0209 (the “Mail-In Entry”). All entries must be postmarked by October 18, 2026 and received by October 23, 2026. If you are unable to or physically handicap you can have someone other than yourself (not more than 1 person) hand print the 3” x 5” card and #10 envelope on your behalf with your information as the entrant. Requests for confirmation of receipt of mail- in entries will not be acknowledged.”
From the fine print
What the rules say
Disqualifiers2
Any one of these can void an entry or a win.
Card and envelope must be hand-printed by the entrant only and mailed individually; no 3rd-party organization may assist and bulk shipments are rejected. (One narrow exception: if you're physically unable to complete it yourself, exactly one other person may hand-print it on your behalf with your information as the entrant.)

“Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the ADMINISTRATOR). Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted.”
Purchasing items to farm entries with intent to return them, or initiating a chargeback, is treated as fraud -- automatic disqualification and a ban from future Tuner Cult sweepstakes.

“Customers who initiate chargebacks for purchases will be automatically disqualified and their entries removed from the Sweepstakes.”
Advantages5
Things in the rules that work in your favor.
No stated cap anywhere in the rules on how many separate mail-in envelopes one person can send.

“Each mail-in entry received with be worth fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries.”
The site currently advertises roughly 300 entries per $1 spent sitewide. Because a mail-in postmarked during a Bonus Entry Period automatically receives the same multiplier as purchases (no envelope marking needed), a card mailed now could be worth about 50 x 300 = 15,000 entries if it's received within 5 days of that bonus period's own deadline.

“Currently, for every $1 spent on our website, you'll receive 300 entries into the #TCG99 giveaway drawing !”
The TCG99 Mystery Cash Box ($150, on sale from $185) is separately tagged at 500x -- 75,000 entries -- currently the richest single item on the site, well above the general ~300x sitewide rate.

Neither prize option pays out as a lump sum: the vehicle-plus-cash option is paid over six transfers, and the cash-only ($250,000) option is stretched over twelve transfers.

Purchases over a Sponsor-designated dollar threshold can earn a flat bonus (e.g. 40,000 entries for a $300+ purchase), capped at 2x that bonus amount -- purchase-only, no benefit to a mail-in-only entrant.

Extra free entries1
The rules mention the Sponsor 'may offer Entries to become a Tuner Cult App subscriber' (Apple and Google devices) but give no detail on how many entries, cost, or process -- can't be verified as a usable free method.

Timing2
If a mail-in's would-be postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the rules require postmarking it the next business day instead.
Show the rules' wordingHide the wording· Official Rules, How to Enter, Mail-in
“In the event a postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in entry must be postmarked on the following business day.”
The mail-in bonus is automatic based on postmark date (no code or marking to write), but the entrant must know the exact Bonus Entry Period boundaries and get the card received within 5 days of THAT period's own deadline -- not the overall Oct 23 received-by date -- to actually be credited the multiplier.

“Your mail-in entry must have a postmark date that corresponds to a Bonus Period and be received within five (5) days of each Period’s deadline.”
Costs1
Winner must visit Irvine, CA within 30 days of notification to pick up the vehicle; unlike some sponsors, these rules never say Tuner Cult pays for the winner's travel or lodging to get there -- the general catch-all makes any expense not specifically covered the winner's own responsibility.
Show the rules' wordingHide the wording· Official Rules, Prizes
“All other expenses associated with Prize acceptance or usage not specifically mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Winner.”
Oddities1
The giveaways page's own footer disclaimer claims eligibility is open to the 50 states, DC, and Canada, and voids Quebec specifically -- but the actual Official Rules PDF never mentions the District of Columbia or Quebec at all, only Puerto Rico and 'USA territories'. Recorded eligibility here follows the official rules only.

“Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada. Void in Puerto Rico, Quebec and US territories and where prohibited by law.”
