What you'll need

Supplies guide
  • 3 x 5 index cardsThe size most mail-in rules ask for. A 500-pack costs a few cents a card.Amazon
  • #10 envelopesStandard business size; fits a folded or flat 3 x 5 card. Buy security-tint so the card isn't visible.Amazon
  • Black gel pensSome rules require black ink, and legible handwriting is what gets a card counted.Amazon
  • Envelope moistenerA sponge-tip moistener seals a stack of envelopes in minutes.Amazon

Forever stamps are cheapest at the post office or usps.com.

Extra entries on the same card

  • During a Multiplier Special, also hand-write in the front lower left corner of the envelope: the multiplier (10X to 100X, matching the announced offer), the Bonus Multiple Date of the offer, the name of a featured Merchandise item (any one item if the multiplier is on all Merchandise) and that item's price.

Qualifies the mail-in for Bonus Entries. The rules do not say how many entries a qualifying bonus mail-in earns.

Risk: The postmark date must correspond to the announced Bonus Entry Period dates or the mail-in earns only 25 entries; the rules do not say whether wrong or missing writing disqualifies the entry.

    Show the rules' wording

“Multiple Bonus Mail-In Periods: Excludes Quick Picks . During specified Multiple Merchandise offers, mail-in entries must follow the aforementioned mail-in entry submission procedure plus: (i) handwrite 10X, to 100X that corresponds to the Sponsor’s announced Merchandise multiplier bonus opportunity; (ii) provide the Bonus Multiple Date (“Bonus Date”) for the specific Merchandise given at the multiplier offer; (iii) include the product name of the featured Merchandise item or if the Multiplier is offered on all Merchandise, name one (1) of the Merchandise items; (iv) must include the price of the multiplier Merchandise item. This information must appear on the front lower left envelope corner, which will be relied upon to qualify a Participant’s Bonus Entries. The postmark date must correspond to the announced Bonus Entry Period dates, or the mail-in Entry receives only Twenty-Five (25) Entries. If the Bonus Date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the postmark date can be the following day and must be received within five (5) days of each Bonus Period’s date.”

What the rules say

Disqualifiers4

Any one of these can void an entry or a win.

  • Bonus mail-ins need four handwritten items on the front lower left of the envelope (multiplier, Bonus Date, a product name, its price) and a postmark inside the announced Bonus Entry Period, otherwise the card earns only 25 entries.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, method 3

“The postmark date must correspond to the announced Bonus Entry Period dates, or the mail-in Entry receives only Twenty-Five (25) Entries.”

  • Typed, computer-generated or mechanically reproduced cards and envelopes are not accepted; a rubber-stamped or printed return-address label voids the entry; a card not inside a business-size envelope is void; the return address must be hand-printed; postage-due mail is disqualified.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, method 3

“Rubber stamped, or commercial printed return address labels will void the Entry. Each correctly submitted envelope receives Twenty-Five (25) Entries into the Sweepstakes drawing. Cards mailed without being inserted in a business size envelope are voided.”

  • Mail-in card and envelope must be hand-printed by the participant only; no third-party organization may help; each envelope mailed individually; bulk shipments refused.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter

“The Mail-in Entry card and envelope must be hand printed by the Participant only.”

  • A potential winner who cannot be reached or does not respond within 2 calendar days of notification is disqualified; the Affidavit, W-9 and release are due in 3 days (a passport, license or birth certificate copy and a Social Security number may be required).

Show the rules' wording· Drawing, Notification and Odds

“does not respond within two (2) calendar days of the initial notification, or does not respond with complete contact information as requested by voice message, or whose phone provider indicates that the phone number is invalid or unable to receive the communication (even if ultimately delivered thereafter), or found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion.”

Advantages4

Things in the rules that work in your favor.

  • A person's total is capped at 25,000 entries across all methods, which is 1,000 plain mail-ins at 25 entries each; a mailer can therefore reach the same cap as the biggest buyer. Over-cap consequences are not stated.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter

“LIMIT: Twenty-Five Thousand (25,000) total Entries per Participant regardless of method of Entry.”

  • A plain mail-in is worth 25 entries; the purchase rate is 1 entry per $1 (so a mail-in equals $25 of merch), but during a Multiplier Special the same $1 earns 10X to 100X (the site shows 30X now).

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, method 3

“Each correctly submitted envelope receives Twenty-Five (25) Entries into the Sweepstakes drawing.”

  • A $40,000 cash prize can be taken instead of the vehicle (the $10,000 cash check is separate in the vehicle prize; the cash option excludes any other cash offers).

    Show the rules' wording· Prize

“Cash Prize Option: A cash prize substitution option of $40,000 cash in the form of a check is available in lieu of the Vehicle Prize.”

  • Eligible: the 48 contiguous states and D.C., age 18+ (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska, 21+ in Mississippi); employees' families and household members of the sponsor, Administrator and others are excluded.

    Show the rules' wording· Eligibility

“The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States ( excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and District of Columbia (“D.C.”), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (must be 19 years of age or older for those that reside in the states of Alabama, Nebraska, and 21 years of age or older in state of Mississippi) as of the date of entry.”

Timing1

  • A bonus mail-in whose Bonus Date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday may be postmarked the following day, and must be received within five days of the Bonus Period's date.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, method 3

“If the Bonus Date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the postmark date can be the following day and must be received within five (5) days of each Bonus Period’s date.”

Costs1

  • Winner pays title, tag, registration, taxes, insurance and all other costs, must be a licensed and insured driver, picks the car up where the sponsor says (the corporate office or another location) and may have to pay a towing fee if the car is not driven home.

Show the rules' wording· Grand Prize Terms

“Winner must be a licensed and insured driver and is responsible for picking up the Vehicle at a location as specified by the Sponsor. Vehicle will be presented to Winner at the Sponsor’s corporate office, or any other location as specified by the Sponsor. If the Winner chooses to have the Vehicle delivery towed, not driven to the Winner’s location, the Winner may be required to cover the towing fee.”

Oddities9

  • The rules never say how many entries a qualifying bonus mail-in earns (only that it qualifies for 'Bonus Entries'), nor what the 'Bonus Multiple Date' is; the sponsor's site now shows a 30X countdown with no date, product or price to copy.

Show the rules' wording· home page, countdown

    “10D 7H 17M 7S TO GET 30X”

  • The postmark deadline, Oct 11, 2026, is a Sunday, and the rules say a Sunday or holiday postmark date must be postmarked on the following business day (Mon Oct 12), after the stated deadline; received-by is Oct 16. To be safe, get it postmarked by hand at a counter by Sat Oct 10.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, method 3

“In the event a postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in Entry must be postmarked on the following business day.”

  • The drawing is stated as on or about September 25, 2026, which is before this promotion starts (Oct 1) and is the date copied from Giveaway #7; the winner announcement is stated as on or about Oct 23, 2026.

Show the rules' wording· Drawing, Notification and Odds

“randomly selected on or about September 25, 2026”

  • Prize value conflict: the rules value the Z06 at KBB $70,000 plus $10,000 cash (pool $80,000), but the footer disclaimer on the same page says $78,000 and $88,000 (the Cadillac figures from Giveaway #7). The recorded values follow the rules section.

    Show the rules' wording· Prize

“Approximate Kelly Blue Book (“KBB”) Vehicle value is $70,000. (USD). Grand Prize includes $10,000.00 cash in the form of a check. Total Prize Pool is $80,000.00 (USD)”

  • The sponsor is named as GW Country, Inc. in these rules but as GW Country, LLC in Giveaway #6 and #7, and the footer says GW Country Inc; the legal form is inconsistent between rules.

    Show the rules' wording· Sponsor

“I. SPONSOR: GW Country, Inc. 16590 121st Street, Winfield, KS 67156”

  • The Administrator's address is given as '20 Broad St 469' in section XVI but mail-ins go to 'P.O. Box 468', both at the Stonington, CT post office.

    Show the rules' wording· XVI

“SWEEPSTAKES ADMINISTRATOR: Compliance Sweepstakes Services LLC, 20 Broad St 469. Stonington, CT 06378.”

  • The card may be 3x5 or 4x6, but the rules give no envelope or card ink requirement beyond hand-printing; a #10 business-size envelope with first-class stamp is required.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, method 3

    “legibly hand printing on a 3”x 5” or 4" x 6" card”

  • The footer disclaimer says entrants must be 18 or older 'with a valid driver's license'; the rules section only requires a licensed and insured driver for the winner.

Show the rules' wording· footer disclaimer

“who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry with a valid driver’s license.”

  • Quick Picks (the fixed-price entry bundles on the site) are excluded from the multiplier and from bonus mail-ins.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, method 2

    “Excludes Quick Picks.”
