What the rules say

6 notes

Disqualifiers1

Any one of these can void an entry or a win.

Entries using a P.O. Box as the street address are not accepted.
Show the rules' wordingHide the wording· sec. 3
“street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed)”

Advantages2

Things in the rules that work in your favor.

A single entry counts for both halves of the year: non-winning Entry Period 1 entries automatically carry over into Entry Period 2 rather than expiring.
Show the rules' wordingHide the wording· sec. 2
“Non-winning entries from Entry Period 1 will carry over into Entry Period 2.”
The vehicle Grand Prize is not drawn from all entries -- it goes to whichever of the two already-selected trip winners (one per MLB league pool) happens to be in the pool of the team that wins the actual game, giving a 1-in-2 shot at the truck/SUV once you're already a trip winner.
Show the rules' wordingHide the wording· sec. 8A
“The odds of winning the Entry Period 1 Grand Prize is 1:2.”

Extra free entries1

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.
Show the rules' wordingHide the wording· front matter
“NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.”

Timing1

No postal mail-in / AMOE route exists in these rules at all -- the Website is the only entry method (aside from a photo-booth registration at an in-person MLB event, which itself just leads back to the same online form).
Show the rules' wordingHide the wording· sec. 3
“During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.forddrivethemhome.com (“Website”) and complete and submit an official entry form”

Costs1

If winner does not pick the highest-value Expedition Platinum SUV option, the value difference is simply forfeited -- no cash is paid for the difference.
Show the rules' wordingHide the wording· sec. 8C
“If winner does not choose 2026 Expedition® Platinum® SUV as the vehicle prize, he/she will not receive the difference in value between the 2026 Expedition® Platinum® SUV and the other two options for the vehicle prize.”
