From the fine print

What the rules say

11 notes

Disqualifiers3

Any one of these can void an entry or a win.

  • Sending more than 10 postcards (100 mail-in entries) gets the entrant fully disqualified, not just the excess voided.

Show the rules' wording· sec. 5b

“ENTRANTS WHO SEND IN MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF POSTCARDS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.”

  • Must be a bare postcard with no outer envelope and sufficient postage; postage-due mail is not the sponsor's responsibility.

Show the rules' wording· sec. 5b

“All Mail-in Entries must be legibly handprinted (including addressing), mailed separately with no outer envelope, have sufficient postage, and require no recipient signature.”

  • Faxed, courier, bulk-mailed, automated, or entry-service submissions are void and may disqualify the entrant.

Show the rules' wording· sec. 15

“Entries made by facsimile, overnight courier, bulk submission, automated means, any entry service, or in any other manner not specifically allowed under these Official Rules will not be entered into the Promotion and may result in disqualification of the entries and the responsible entrant(s), as determined by the Promotion Administrator in its sole and absolute discretion.”

Advantages4

Things in the rules that work in your favor.

  • The 100-entry cap is shared across person, email, household, AND mailing address, so multiple family members at the same address do not each get a separate 100-entry allowance.

Show the rules' wording· sec. 6

“LIMIT ONE HUNDRED (100) ENTRIES PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS/HOUSEHOLD OR MAILING ADDRESS REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.”

  • Winner can take a $90,000 cash option instead of the full prize package (vehicles + trailer + cash + trip).

Show the rules' wording· sec. 9

“Prior to awarding the Grand Prize, the winner may elect to substitute the Grand Prize with a cash alternative of $90,000 USD awarded in the form of a check.”

  • Minimum entry age is just 13 (with parental consent), letting other minors in the household submit their own mail-ins.

Show the rules' wording· sec. 3

“If an entrant is not of the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides (a "Minor"), the Minor must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Promotion.”

  • Unlike CBoysTV's other 2026 vehicle giveaways (Car, Corvette Z06, Dodge TRX, Ford F-350), this rules document has no winner-pickup requirement at the Trip Destination -- delivery is arranged after winner validation, avoiding the self-transport cost and disqualification risk seen in every other 2026 CBoys promotion archived here.

Show the rules' wording· sec. 10

“Arrangements for delivery of each prize will be made after winner validation.”

Timing1

  • Oct 4, 2026 (the postmark deadline) is a Sunday, so per the grace clause the mail-in postmark deadline effectively extends to Monday, Oct 5, 2026.

Show the rules' wording· sec. 5b

“If the Promotion Period end date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the Mail-in Entry may be postmarked on the following day.”

Costs3

  • Vehicle winner personally pays all license, title, registration, insurance, and delivery-related fees.

Show the rules' wording· sec. 12

“Winner of the vehicle is responsible for all optional equipment, license, title, registration, driving permits, insurance, transportation, import and export taxes, and other fees associated with the use and operation of the vehicle.”

  • Winner must present a personal credit card at hotel check-in for incidentals on the trip portion of the prize.

Show the rules' wording· sec. 11

“Winner must present a major credit card in the traveler’s/renter’s name at hotel check-in for incidentals.”

  • Winners may be required to pay for notarization of affidavits/declarations/releases before receiving the prize.

Show the rules' wording· Prize-Notification Fraud Warning

“You may also be required to complete and notarize affidavits, declarations of eligibility, and releases.”
