Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, Via Mail NOTE

“**NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3 rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator). Each Envelope must be mailed individually. • Entry services, automated entry and mechanically reproduced entries are void or disqualified.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter

“The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.”

  • Buying items only to obtain entries and then returning them is declared fraud: disqualification and a ban from all future Tummala Motors sweepstakes.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, Online NOTE

“IT IS FRAUDULENT TO PURCHASE ITEMS TO OBTAIN ENTRIES WITH THE INTENT TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES ENDS. IF THE SPONSOR IDENTIFIES OR SUSPECTS THAT YOU ARE ENGAGED IN THIS OR ANY OTHER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND BANNED FROM ANY FURTHER SWEEPSTAKES OFFERED BY THE SPONSOR.”

  • Winner needs a valid US or Canadian driver's license to take delivery (forfeiture otherwise), may need proof of insurance, must answer within 3 business days of the first notification attempt, and must return the affidavit within 7 days.

Show the rules' wording· Grand Prize

“The Winner must have proof of a valid USA or Canada driver’s license from his/her state/province of residence to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show same may result in Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate Winner.”

  • Winner who does not respond within 3 business days of the first notification attempt (or does not return documents in time) is disqualified and an alternate may be drawn.

Show the rules' wording· Additional Prize Conditions

“if a potential Winner cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within three (3) business days from the first notification attempt”

Advantages4

Things in the rules that work in your favor.

  • No limit on how many mail-in envelopes one person may send is stated. Each is worth 1 entry out of at most 1,000 total (stated odds 1:1,000), the same as a $25 purchase, so each stamp buys roughly a 0.1% chance if the pool fills.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, Via Mail

“Each mail-in entry received will be worth one (1) Sweepstakes entry.”

  • Stated odds if all 1,000 entries are sold: 1:1,000. The page says a free mail-in entry carries exactly the same chance as a paid entry.

Show the rules' wording· Drawing and Notification

“Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period (or will be 1:1,000).”

  • Sponsor's page states a free mail-in entry has the same chance as a paid entry.

Show the rules' wording· entry page, About this giveaway > How odds work

“If you enter for free by mail, your entry carries exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry.”

  • Open to Canada as well as the US; the pool excludes only New York and Florida residents. Winner gets $1,000 cash/check in addition to the car (included in ARV).

    Show the rules' wording· preamble

“is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) (excluding New York & Florida) and Canada”

Extra free entries1

  • Every page on the site shows a newsletter/SMS popup offering "Get 5000 Bonus Entries" (plus a 10% code) for a name, email and phone number. The rules for this giveaway do not mention it, so it is unclear which giveaway the entries go to or whether it is free; no purchase is shown as required on the popup.

Show the rules' wording· site-wide popup

    “Get 5000 Bonus Entries”

Timing2

  • The giveaway closes the moment 1,000 total entries are received, even before Oct 3. Mail-ins only count if postmarked on or before the day the limit is hit. The entry page showed 54% of the 1,000 spots filled on 2026-10-01 with 2 days left, so mail as early as possible.

Show the rules' wording· Drawing and Notification

“NOTE: IF ONE THOUSAND (1,000) ENTRIES ARE ACCUMULATED DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE THE DAY THE ENTRY LIMIT WAS HIT WILL BE COUNTED IN THE RANDOM DRAWING. ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES POSTMARKED AFTER THE DAY THE ENTRY LIMIT IS HIT WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE IN THE PRIZE DRAWING.”

  • Postmark deadline is Oct 3, 2026 and the card must be RECEIVED by Oct 11, 2026. The rules also say entries are made 'during the Sweepstakes Period', which began Sep 28; there is no earlier postmark allowance.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter, Via Mail

“All entries must be postmarked by October 3, 2026, and received by October 11, 2026.”

Costs3

  • Winner pays title, license, insurance, registration, optional equipment, taxes and any travel and transportation to collect the car, and must transfer title within 10 days. (The entry page says the opposite; see the oddity flag.)

Show the rules' wording· Grand Prize

“The Winner will be responsible for all optional equipment, title, license, insurance and registration fees required in claiming the vehicle, applicable taxes, as well as, all other expenses relating to the use of vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle. The Winner must transfer title officially with their state/province DMV within ten (10) days of accepting the Prize.”

  • The $1,000 cash/check is part of the $9,000 ARV; the winner is taxed on the prize value and a Form 1099 is filed.

Show the rules' wording· Additional Prize Conditions

“The Winner must note that the value of the accepted Prize is taxable as income and an IRS Form 1099 will be filed in the name of the Winner for the value of the Prize.”

  • A winners list can be requested by mailing a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope by Nov 23, 2026. The rules spell the city 'Placenta'.

Show the rules' wording· Winners List Request

“please send a self-addressed, stamped business size envelope, by November 23, 2026, to: Tummala Motors TM7 Sweepstakes Winners List Request, 511 Cameron Street, Placenta, CA 92870.”

Oddities7

  • Drawing date conflict: the rules say the drawing is on or about Oct 12, 2026; the entry page says the winner is selected on Oct 10, 2026. drawing is left null.

Show the rules' wording· Drawing and Notification

“The Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about October 12, 2026.”

  • Entry page contradicts the rules on costs: it says the sponsor covers all federal and state taxes and flies the winner out or delivers the car at no cost, while the rules make the winner pay taxes, title, registration, insurance, and travel/transportation. The rules (the binding document) were recorded.

Show the rules' wording· entry page, About this giveaway > Tax and prize value

“We cover all applicable federal and state taxes on your prize, so what you win is exactly what you keep.”

  • Sponsor's page also says vehicle winners choose a free flight to California or free delivery, which the rules do not promise.

Show the rules' wording· entry page, Prize delivery and collection

“For vehicles, you can choose to collect your car in person at our facility in California — flight included, at no cost to you — or have it delivered straight to your door, also at no cost to you.”

  • Time zone: the rules write 'PST' (UTC-8) but Oct 3 is in daylight time; the entry page's countdown ends at 11:59 PM Pacific clock time (PDT). Treat the end as 11:59 PM Pacific on Oct 3, but the postmark date is what matters.

Show the rules' wording· How to Enter

“The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PST on September 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on October 3, 2026, OR as soon as one thousand (1,000) total entries are received, whatever happens first (“Sweepstakes Period”).”

  • The big '#TM Official Rules' button on the site links to https://tummalamotors.com/tmofficialrules/ which returns a 404 page; the working per-giveaway rules are at /tmofficialrules7/. The entry page URL also ends in '5000' although the prize is the Porsche + $1,000.

Show the rules' wording· site footer

    “#TM Official Rules”

  • Sponsor and Administrator are both Tummala Motors, LLC in this rules document (self-administered), while the sponsor's FAQ says American Sweepstakes administers all sweepstakes.

    Show the rules' wording· preamble

    “(the “Sponsor” and the “Administrator”)”

  • The entry page sells passes with extra entries (Level Four shows "+2 Free Entries", plus a "Lucky Combo" bundle with a crossed-out price) that the official rules never mention; the rules only promise 1 entry per whole $25. Do not count on the bonus entries.

Show the rules' wording· entry page, Boost your entries
